At Moelis & Company, we are committed to conducting our business with integrity, building and growing an inclusive culture, strengthening local and global partnerships and utilizing our resources to enhance positive impact in the communities in which we operate.

In response to the Los Angeles wildfires, Moelis has donated to the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) Foundation to support them in providing vital equipment and supplies to help the LAFD save lives and protect communities.

Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program focuses on supporting the local communities where we have a presence, with an emphasis on education. Through volunteerism and group fundraising efforts, our global CSR program fosters team-work within the Firm while making a positive impact and strengthening the communities where our skills and resources can make a difference.

Sustainable Business

Operations

While we believe our direct environmental impact is small, we endeavor to implement efficiencies and environmental sustainability in our business practices. Our direct environmental impact stems primarily from the operations of our leased offices around the world and employee travel. We seek to operate our office footprint and daily operations efficiently. Where possible, we have implemented energy efficient and sustainable practices and waste reduction measures to mitigate our impact including limiting paper waste and increasing recycling efforts.

Environmental & Social Guidelines

Moelis & Company recognizes that the climate change conversation is having an increasing impact on the way in which companies across all industries are conducting business. As part of our tailored approach to financial advisory, we work side-by-side with our clients on a variety of advisory topics, which can include identifying and providing advice regarding strategic transactions that advance our clients’ environmental, social and governance goals.
